My Favorite Maxi in my Favorite Color

This rose quartz color has always been one of my favorite colors … so I was soooo excited to see that it’s going to be the “must have” color for Spring/Summer 2016! So of course, when I was putting my 2016 Spring Collection together for E’s Closet, I just had to have my favorite maxi in my favorite color.🙌

For this look I paired it with a my favorite thigh high boots, for a more casual feel. I can’t wait to show you girls the rest of the collection soon!

Black & White Street Style

Even though I was poolside last week and it was in the mid 80’s, this week it’s pretty chilly and windy here in Central Florida.💨 I’m learning that’s kinda what a Florida winter is, so I’ll take it. 😋

I was actually glad it got cold enough again to wear my favorite pair of leather pants. This time I paired them with black booties, a white beanie and a white coat. There is just something about a black and white outfit … you just can’t go wrong with it.

Plaid Scarves and Thigh High Boots

Well … if you have not noticed from my feed already, plaid scarves are a staple of my winter uniform. I probably have 20 plaid scarves and counting. My favorites are the plaid blanket scarves, because you can wear them so many different ways, but I have them in all sizes. I’ll link a few good ones here for you.

If you follow me on Instagram, you have probably seen me wearing these boots a few times too. 🙈 A tan or taupe pair of thigh high boots are so easy to wear with sooo many color options and they are cozy warm too, which is a big plus. Here I paired them with my favorite ripped white jeans.

The Struggle is Real

…. and by Wednesday, the struggle is definitely real! lol 😆 Happy Hump Day girlies! We are half way there to a Saturday full of Netfilx and Chill … then a wonderful Sunday Brunch with lots of Mimosas. 🙌

Lately, life has been crazy around here. I’m nearly finished with our Spring Collection designs for E’s Closet (which I’m really excited about and can’t wait to share with you girls) and my daughters are wide open with after school sports. #momlife So … I have been focusing my personal tastes on hassle free everyday outfits that allow me to run in and out of the office, plus run errands comfortably. I was lucky to score this jacket for 50% off a couple of weeks ago and my graphic tshirt is currently on sale for under $8! 👍 In my opinion, the color of the coat softens the edgy look of the black jeans, booties, hat and the striped shirt, making this outfit just perfect.

Sweater Dress and Thigh High Boots

A sweater dress and thigh high boots are a great combo. Beware though … pairing thigh high boots with a dress or skirt can easily make you look like Pretty Woman if styled the wrong way too.😂

Tip of the day girls: It’s all about length and color combinations to get the look right. Here, I’ve gone with natural and pastel tones to keep it tasteful and added a coat and beanie to winterize the look too.

Tassel Sweatshirt Loving

I’ve truly been loving everything tassels since last summer and I’m so excited to have found this black tassel sweatshirt. It’s so simple, yet the tassels give it just the right texture and style. The tassels also allow you to dress it up and dress it down, depending on what you pair it with.

I paired it with my fuchsia bow heels for a polished look, then a quick change afterwards into my Converse to run errands comfortably. #momlife

Blush & Black

This blush tunic dress has to be one of my favorite designs by yours truly for E’s Closet. I wore the bubblegum pink version in an early fall post and I also designed it in jade and purple.

I love this style of dress, because you can wear it almost all year long. From a summer night with wedges or your favorite pair of sandals, all the way to winter by pairing it with tights and booties or thigh high boots and a faux fur vest. A Casual Valentine’s Day

For those of you who don’t know, I’m a mom of two beautiful little girls. So that means for any holiday, I’m running around ALOT. Between school, activities, my boutique and keeping up with my blog, it’s a full plate. So a casual outfit for Valentine’s Day is a must for me! It also has to be one that keeps me warm. Let’s face it … it’s February and it is kinda freezing outside! ❄⛄❄

For Valentine’s Day, I don’t think you can go wrong with a pink and red combo. I chose this red oversized sweater that is under $12 🙌 paired with my favorite pair of jeans, which are a must for comfort. To keep warm I added a beanie, a pink coat (you can get the exact one here) and to add a little girlie chic of course, my bow heels.

These sweatshirts are the perfect casual Valentine’s Day outfit. Run errands during the day with your All-Stars on … then just throw a pair of these beautiful Bow Heels on to go out to dinner with your BFF! 👭 Or, just wear one on Valentine’s Day to lounge around for some Netflix and Chill. Winter Whites and Metallic accents

It’s so easy during the winter months to get that gloomy feeling at the first sign of cold weather. 🌧😞🌨 But I’ve found that wearing Winter whites just has a way of easing those blues. 😊

They really brighten my mood and make me feel happier and stylish … especially when pairing them up with metallic accents. So this Winter I’ll definitely be keeping my white distressed jeans handy. There are so many options to style these babies up during the winter months. If you don’t own a pair, they are a great investment, since you can wear them all year long. 🙌
